　　Before laying the PVC floor,the ground should be treated to ensure that the ground is flat and the drop should not exceed 2mm.No cracks and cavities,including compressive strength,surface hardness and moisture content,can be laid in the next step after reaching the corresponding standards.

　　Here are two common laying methods of PVC plastic floor.

　　Method 1:full scraper laying

　　This is a common laying method,which is suitable for large area laying.

　　Construction steps and key points:

　　1.Ensure that the PVC plastic floor base is flat,dry,firm,clean and free of dust and dirt.

　　2.Pre pave PVC floor 24 hours in advance.

　　3.Lay the PVC floor,scrape the glue on the ground,check the dryness of the glue with your fingertips,and lay it when the dryness is appropriate.

　　4.Exhaust,rolling.After the floor is cut and laid,push it with a cork to squeeze out the air.Then roll the floor evenly with steel rollers,timely handle the warped edges,and wipe off the excess glue at the edge of the floor.Wait 24 hours before making grooves and welding.

　　5.Cutting and welding.It is necessary to wait for the glue to solidify before opening the seam and grooving at two-thirds of the floor thickness.Clean the residual dust in the groove before welding.Then use manual welding gun or automatic welding equipment for welding.When the welding rod is semi cold,use the electrode dresser to cut off the protruding part of the welding rod to make the ground smooth.

　　Method 2:double-sided adhesive laying process

　　Double sided tape laying is mainly used for laying PVC sports floor,which is simple and convenient.

　　The construction process is relatively simple,requiring only three steps.

　　1.Clean the ground in advance.

　　2.Begin to lay the PVC floor.First,stick the manufacturer's matching double-sided adhesive tape on the back based on the edge line of the floor,lay the PVC sports floor on it,and then level it with your feet.

　　3.Slotting,welding,twice removing the raised part.
